Portraits with Purpose Terms

Each portrait is a custom, artist-created piece designed with care and intention. Due to the nature of artwork and digital products, the following terms apply to all orders.

Custom Artwork
All portraits are original works of art created in Agnes’s signature style. While care is taken to reflect your pet’s personality and likeness, each piece is an artistic interpretation rather than a photorealistic rendering.

Turnaround Time
Please allow 1-2 weeks for completion of your portrait.
During high-volume periods, timing may extend slightly—thank you for your patience as each piece is created by hand.

Revisions
Revisions are available for an additional fee.

Please note:
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen vs. print
All prints are made to order

Shipping
U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after production

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of the artwork:

  • All sales are final

  • Refunds are not offered once work has begun

  • If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days and we will replace it

Photo Responsibility
Please submit clear, high-quality reference photos. The final artwork is based on the image(s) provided.

Usage & Artist Rights
Agnes retains the right to:

  • Share artwork on her website and social media

  • Use images for portfolio and promotional purposes
    (If you prefer your portrait to remain private, just let us know.)

Giving Back
Buy one, Give one:
Every portrait commissioned helps another dog get seen. For each custom pet portrait commissioned, Agnes creates a portrait of a current shelter dog at Napa County Animal Shelter, increasing their visibility and helping them find loving homes.
